Shipping
-
Goods are dispatched as quickly and safely as possible, although delays are possible. Therefore all shipping times listed are estimates based on prior experience. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

-
All postal orders are hand-packed and shipped by the artist through DHL (fulfilled by Parcelforce in the UK).

-
Original work is shipped using tracked and insured delivery.
-
Paper-based, recyclable or biodegradable packaging rather than plastic is used where possible.
Prices & Tax
-
Additional costs for postage are added at checkout.
-
For EU orders no VAT is added or charged due to German small-business exemption law (Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet).

-
For UK orders the standard 20% VAT rate is applicable to prints and the reduced 5% VAT rate to originals. VAT is calculated on both product and shipping costs.

-
UK orders totalling less than 150 € will be charged the VAT due at checkout and estimates appear on the cart page.

-
UK orders totalling 150€ or more instead pay import VAT along with a small handling fee directly to the courier online prior to delivery once the shipment has cleared customs.

-
More information about paying import tax and fees is available here.

Returns & Cancellation
-
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind you have the right to cancel within 14 days of ordering.
-
Cost of return shipping is paid by the customer except in the case of receipt of damaged goods.
